Useful Information Before Placing Your Order
How to place an order?
Two easy steps and your order is booked!
Step one: Choose your desired product from below (dinner feast/hamper/desserts/cheese grazing).
Step two: Click on the product and select your preffered options.
Step three: see if there's any add ons you would like to add such as tongs or foliage.
Step four: Go to the basket, add your delivery postcode and choose your preffered delivery date and time slot.
Top tip: If you want to check our available dates before getting your order ready, please add just one item to the basket, enter your postcode and you'll be able to see the available dates.
That’s all, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after making the payment.
Can I add a personal note?
Of course! At checkout there's a note section and you can simply add your personal message there. We will make sure to add it to your hamper.
What date will my order be delivered?
You can choose the delivery date at the basket.
(Top tip: If you want to check our available dates before getting your order ready, please add just one item to the basket, enter your postcode and you'll be able to see the available dates).
What time would you deliver my order?
You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery time at checkout.
The available delivery slots for each day are:
Morning slot – 9am – 11am.
Midday slot - 12pm - 2pm.
Afternoon slot – 1pm – 3pm.
Evening slot – 5pm – 7pm.
Please note for all orders on Christmas day, the delivery time is between 9am - 1130am.
If you can’t see one of the time slots in your chosen date it means that we are fully booked for that time on that date.
Where do you deliver and what is the delivery charge?
Please go to our delivery information page to see if we deliver to your area. You can also check it on the postcode checker at the top of the page.
Delivery prices starts at £8 and can go up to £40 depending on the area.
If we don’t cover your are and you want to place an order above £300, please contact us and we will arrange a special delivery for you.
Cut off times
December is a mad month and we get booked up in advance, we recommend placing your order at least one week in advance.
Please note that we are a small business and once we reach our capacity on a certain date we are blocking the option to order for that date – therefore we advice to book well in advance to avoid disappointments.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we absolutely do! We have a wide variety of special dietary menu options available, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free. When you're viewing a menu, use the filters on the left hand side of the page to filter by the special dietary requirement you're looking for!
Please note that for some of the dishes you will need to make allergy changes after clicking on the product.
While we can accommodate all the below food preferences/allergies – all the food will be made in the same kitchen where we use gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame and soy products.
