How to place a Boxed Catering order?

Complete Your Booking in Just Two Easy Steps!

Step 1: Browse through our selection of products and categories. Easily add items to your basket using our user-friendly filtering navigation.

Step 2: Go to your basket, enter your delivery postcode, and choose your preferred delivery date and time slot.

Top Tip: To check available dates before confirming your order, add a single item to your basket, enter your postcode, and view the available dates.

That's all! You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment is processed.

Where do you deliver and what is the delivery charge?

We currently deliver across North West London, Central London, and selected Greater London areas.

Please go to our delivery information page to see if we deliver to your area. You can also check it on the postcode checker at the top of the page.

Delivery prices starts at £25 and can go up to £65 depending on the area.

If we don’t cover your are and you want to place an order above £300, please contact us and we will arrange a special delivery for you.

What date will my order be delivered?

You can select your preferred delivery date in the basket.

What time would you deliver my order?

You can select your preferred delivery window during checkout.

Available delivery slots include:

  • Morning Delivery — 9am–11am
  • Afternoon Delivery — 12pm–3pm
  • Evening Delivery — 3pm–6pm

You can upgrade your delivery and select 2-hour delivery window between the times of 6am & 4pm at additional £30.00.

We kindly ask customers to ensure someone is available to receive the order within the selected delivery window.

If a specific time slot is not visible on your chosen date, it means that we are fully booked for that time on that date.

Cut off times

Please note that we are a small business and once we reach our capacity on a certain date we are blocking the option to order for that date – therefore we advice to book well in advance to avoid disappointments. 

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes, we absolutely do! We have a wide variety of special dietary menu options available, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free. When you're viewing a menu, use the filters on the left hand side of the page to filter by the special dietary requirement you're looking for!

Please note that for some of the dishes you will need to make allergy changes after clicking on the product. 

While we can accommodate all the below food preferences/allergies – all the food will be made in the same kitchen where we use gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame and soy products.
