One Pan Gnocchi with Feta and Cherry Tomatoes

If you're looking for an easy and delicious one-pan meal, look no further than this recipe for One Pan Gnocchi with Feta and Cherry Tomatoes. With just a handful of ingredients and a few simple steps, you can have a comforting and flavourful dish on the table in no time.


  • 200g feta cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g cherry tomatoes (mixed colors)
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • 400g cooked gnocchi
  • Coarse salt and chili flakes (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

  2. In an oven-safe tray, place the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, basil, and crushed garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the feta cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  4. While the tomatoes and feta are cooking, prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions.

  5. Once the tomatoes and feta cheese are cooked, remove the tray from the oven and add the cooked gnocchi. Mix everything well to combine.

  6. Sprinkle with coarse salt and chilli flakes, if desired, and enjoy your delicious and comforting one-pan meal!
