- 200g feta cheese
- Fresh basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 500g cherry tomatoes (mixed colors)
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- 400g cooked gnocchi
- Coarse salt and chili flakes (optional)
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
In an oven-safe tray, place the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, basil, and crushed garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the feta cheese is melted and slightly golden.
