Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g butter/margarine for the dairy free version
- 4 heaped tablespoons (70 g) sugar
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (70 g) self-raising flour.
Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (important that the oven is hot!)

Melt the dark chocolate and butter cubes in the microwave and mix to a smooth chocolate mixture (use a relatively large bowl that can hold all the ingredients).

Add the sugar and a pinch of salt and mix. Add the flour and mix. Add one egg and mix, then add the second egg and mix.

Grease a muffin tin/tray and pour the mixture into each cavity to two-thirds full.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the sides are baked, the inside is still moist and there is a baked crust on top.
