Ingredients

2 eggs
165g Sugar
120g butter
120g dark chocolate
60g flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
pinch of salt
50g chocolate chunks
4 tbsp tahini paste

Instructions

Preheat the oven on 190 degrees.

In a bowl whisk the eggs and sugar.
In a separate bowl melt the butter and dark chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds at a time until the chocolate completely melted.
combine the two mixtures and add in the  flour, cocoa powder and pinch of salt. fold gently and then add the chocolate chunks.

Line your cake tin with baking paper or oil it and add the cake mixture. Top the mixture with the tahini paste and create swirls using a skewer.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centre is a still a bit wobbly. Leave to cool down for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. For best results, make a day in advance.
