2 eggs Preheat the oven on 190 degrees. In a bowl whisk the eggs and sugar. Line your cake tin with baking paper or oil it and add the cake mixture. Top the mixture with the tahini paste and create swirls using a skewer. Place in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centre is a still a bit wobbly. Leave to cool down for at least 2 hours before serving. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
