- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt, pepper
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Garnish: sesame & chopped spring onion
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix 2 tbsp olive oil with 2 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 cup almond milk, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey and stir until well-combined. Break the head of cauliflower into florets and add to the bowl with the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
Add to arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
sprinkle with sesame & chopped spring onion. Enjoy superrrr hot
