- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt, pepper
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Garnish: sesame & chopped spring onion
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the head of cauliflower into florets and arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
In a small pot heat 1 tbsp olive oil with 2 crushed garlic cloves. Add 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 cup almond milk, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey and stir until well-combined and boiled. Take off the heat.
Add the cauliflower florets to the pot with the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated and bring back to hob on medium heat for 5 minutes.
sprinkle with sesame & chopped spring onion. Enjoy superrrr hot
